Was your camera exposed to a laser, perhaps in a show? Looks like sensor damage.

If it is sensor damage due to laser the only remedy is sensor replacement.

You would need to send it to Canon or an independent repair shop.

You can buy an "excellent" condition used body from Keh for about $500, so use that as reference when evaluating overall repair cost.
