We shot an interview with two cameras. Two of the camera cards from the C300 were able to be read in Canon Utility and transfer to computer as normal. The rest of the cards do not show up in Canon Utility. Though the files are visible in Finder. Simply transferring the files through finder does not make them readable in any editing software.
Any tips for recovering the footage? Also, what causes this to happen? It is very odd that it happened to the cards for two separate cameras.
