I'm sorry you're having problems; but to help you out, I think we're going to need a bit more information.
For example:
PLEASE! I need help transferring movies/videos to my phone or computer...
What phone? What computer? What operating system?
I have tried everything
Have you tried putting the memory card into a card reader, plugging that into your computer, and copying the files with your computer's file manager? Because in that case I can't see how you can get a "format is not accesible" error message.
the app
What app? What are you talking about? Is this some Canon-supplied app?
Personally I have used many cameras for many years and I have NEVER used the manufacturer-supplied app to copy files to my computer; I just find that those apps are generally a lof of extra hassle for no reason.
I have always done it by inserting the memory card into my computer, and copying the files using the computer's file manager. You need to know that photos and movies aren't special; they are just files, and can be moved around like any other files.
Once on my computer, I load the movie clips into Premiere Pro, and everything just works. With a camera like the T7, you might not be planning to edit your movies; I would expect that you should be able to double-click the files and play them. But I don't have a T7 to check this with, and in any case this depends on your computer and operating system, which we still don't know.
So, wth a little more info, we might be able to help. Or you can try the card reader method, which really should work.

Tank you so much for replying. I was using the Canon-Camera Connect app and struggled for 3 hours trying to upload files. I did ordered a card reader and went ahead to do what you said, that was so easy to do! Thank you so much for your time in answering and helping!

I know you got it sorted out, but I wanted to put this info here in case it's helpful for you, or anyone else who might stumble upon it in the future. This page shows all of the features and compatible models: https://image.canon/st/ccc.html
The Rebel T7 can do everything in section 1:

gabbyrhz,
From what I understand, the Canon T7 records videos in the ,mov file format. I read the other day that the Canon Camera Connect app does not recognize the .mov format. I believe that what you have to do is transfer those files to a computer and then convert them to .mp4 format in order to play them on an Android device. Android also does not recognize the .mov format. There are plenty of free video converters out there.
I don't know what kind of phone you have.
