EOS Rebel T3i: photos not uploading

I have a Canon EOS T3i and taking photos is my hobby. This has never happened before - I probably have around 200 photos on my SD card and when I try to upload them to my Dell laptop, it only shows ONE photo. Is this a camera setting issue or my laptop? Thank you!

What method are you using to upload your photos?

Does your Dell have a memory card port, or do you have a card reader?

Are they RAW photos, or are they jpegs?

For an issue like this is would be helpful to have some additional information. The questions stevet1 asked would give us the most helpful information for trouble shooting this. It would also be helpful to know what operating system is on your computer, and if the memory card is loaded in your camera are you able to view all of the photos on the camera?
