Hi Hanani,
I'm sorry to hear you're having issues connecting your EOS R7 and Macbook through wifi. To set up the connection you would have the camera join your home wifi network, once the camera is on the network open the EOS Utility on your computer, and in the software you would click on the Pairing Over Wi-Fi/LAN button. At that point the software will search the network for your camera, once it is detected you would select it, and once you've done that there will be a message on the camera asking if you want to connect to the computer. You would select Okay on that camera LCD and that would establish the connection.
To trouble shoot the issue you are having we would need a little bit of clarification on what is happening. Is the EOS Utility closing immediately after you open it regardless of whether you are doing a wifi set up or not? When you refer to it getting connected, are you saying that the camera has joined your home wifi network or are you saying you have connected the camera and the computer?

Thanks so much - All is good as you suggested I did not check to see both Mac & 7R were on same home wifi network. Once I fixed it - it is working great ! thanks again.
