EOS R6 won't display video screen when in video mode

I am having a problem getting one of my R6 cameras to display the video screen when the camera is dial is set to video. The other camera displays the correct screen. Any thoughts?IMG_2819.JPG

The right-hand camera appears to be in custom shooting mode 1.  Are you sure that both cameras are set the same way?

Ricky is correct.  The right camera is set to a Custom Shooting mode.

Yeah I think so. I have the mode dial on video on both. camera top.jpg

Is that 50mm the f/1.4? Also, does it produce the same results when on the other camera?

EOS R5, R6, R6II. RF 15-35 f/2.8L, 50mm f/1.2L, 85mm f/1.2L, 100mm f/2.8L Macro, 100-400mm, 100-500mm L, 1.4X.

The rear screen views do. Indicate that only one camera is in video mode.  I do not believe Custom Shooting Modes support Video Shooting modes.

Was the camera in video mode when the Custom Mode was defined

What happens if you switch the camera indicating a custom to another Creative Shooting mode other than a custtom mode?

Is it possible there is a fault with the mode dial?

I would try each of the positions that the mode dial can be set to and check  that the LCD screen shows the correct mode for the position of the mode dial to see if other positions on the mode dial are also giving odd results.
