EOS M6 Mark II Persistent "Raise the flash" Message

  • We were taking photos the other day and

all of a sudden got the following screen. Anybody know how to fix it? Even if we put the flash up we get the same error.We are using an EOS M6 Mark ii

It looks like the camera shake icon is illuminated. The flash power probably isn't sufficient to overcome the low lighting level.

1D X Mark III, M200, Many lenses, Pixma PRO-100, Pixma TR8620a, Lr Classic

It does it while trying to take any picture no matter the light. It was working one second and the next this appeared and can’t get it off the screen at all. Not allowed to take any pictures.
