Hello, i have canon M50 mark ii, it has suddenly developed a problem, the problem started one day when i was recording a video the camera jammed and went off, then i tried to switch it on again but it failed, 2 days later it powered on but every power on, it just operates for 2 minutes or less then jam again.
Am not un able to use the camera, have tried to change the batteries and memory card but this ain't solving the problem, am using the kit lens15-45mm lens
My wory it that the camera is almost 98% new and have used it just for few months now, has anyone encountered this? Hiw did you go about it, i have tried to update firmware but it hasnt solved the problem. My friend has also same camera same problem, help please.
