Hi BISHWAKRMA,
I need to double check one thing with your audio issue. Is the issue that videos shot with the internal microphone do not have audio when you play them back on the camera itself, but the exact same file does have audio if you play it back on your computer?
If that is what is happening the playback volume on the camera may be low. To turn up the volume start the playback on your video and then repeatedly press the up key on the back of the camera. That will bring up the playback volume. Once the audio is at the level you like you can stop pressing the up key.

Hi Hazel,
Yes it has audio when i playback on computer, i already tried it to volume up and down when i play it on camera but i couldn't hear any audio on it. I also did format SD card and reset everything again it has same problem.
Thanks

Greetings BISHWAKRMA,
If the volume has been increased on the EOS 90D camera for playing back video files and no audio is heard, then the issue may be with the camera's internal speaker. We recommend on sending the camera to the facility for service.
