Hi I brought a cannon camera from currys in the UK and it’s faulty as I only get half a picture taking a photo as the shutter isn’t fully opening.
curry’s has said it has to go back to cannon. So i opened a request to send it back via cannons website.
how long should it take to get a reply? I can check the ticket that’s open. But it’s been a while.
