Update!!!
I restored to Factory Settings and took apart my camera for a couple of days. Removed battery, lens and memory cards and let it set for 3 days... So far that has worked... No idea why it was glitching... now just hope that fixed all my issues LOL!

What lens is on the camera? Some third-party lenses are known to drain the battery while the camera is off.

I am using my go to Lens Tampon that I have used for 3 years. I did use a new lens this week which was a canon 200-500 zoom lens, but the go to is back on there?

If you could give more information, it would help in narrowing down the problem.
What is the full model number of the new lens and did the problem start when you put that lens on the camera? What is the full model number of the Tamron lens? Do both lenses cause the battery drain? Also is there a lens adaptor being used?

Greetings.
Unexpected battery drain. Camera has been reset, Wi-Fi, bluetooth and GPS are disabled.
You have tested with several batteries different ages and manufacture. Remove the lens and any accessories. Let the camera sit overnight. Confirm a power drop with a known good battery. They do get old eventually. Maybe your charger is not bringing the batteries to full capacity?
Can you tell us which Tamron lens is your go to? The lens you tried > Canon doesn't make a 200-500mm yet. An RF is likely. So the lens (tried) if Canon might have been a 200mm prime or 200-400 zoom.
This is not clear. Can you please confirm all of this for us.
