Trying to connect camera to my iPhone which I have done numerous times. The camera shows up on the iPhone wifi page and I hit it and it scrolls into place and the check mark shows they are connected but when I go to app I got nothing. Go back to wifi page and camera is no longer listed. Camera shows registered to Canon app, any suggestions. It a 5D, Mark iv

Hello bmeyer1123,
I would suggest resetting the WIFI settings on the camera to defaults and re-establishing the connection from scratch to start. You can find the reset in the yellow wrench menu #4 under Communication settings > Built-in wireless settings.
