Hello
Is it possible to use the 5D Mk ii for web cam / streaming?
Is it possible to connect camera to laptop, to record content on the laptop using Loom (to swap for the in-built camera)
MacBook Pro
If so, which equipment & software do I require?
Thank you, experts.

I googled your question and found this video.

So it seems that people has found a work around to use that camera as a webcam.

I wouldn't do it. The 5D2 was not designed to do that. It can overheat quickly which can damage the camera or shut it down.
