Canon 1100D won't show manually shot photos when connected to my pc

I own the Canon 1100D, and so far I've taken photos in Landscape Mode. Recently, I take pictures using Manual Mode,and whenever I connect my camera to my pc, it won't show my photos unless I shot it using Landscape Mode. Even if I take 10 Manually shot pictures and then one photo using LS Mode, it will only show me that one photo. What can I do in this situation ?

Note: I'm not using the Protect Images feature.

When you switch to "M" mode what are the camera settings. Shutter speed, aperture and ISO?

Yes. I'm just unable to see all the photos I took with M Mode. I checked my camera, I didn't change anything there.

Right now I'm at ISO 200, F6.3, 1/500. I hope I understood correctly your request. All the pictures I've taken are in good exposure, can bee seen perfectly on the LCD screen.

Okay, what type of computer are you using?  How are you transferring images to your computer?  EOS Utlity 2?

What John's trying to get at is whether there's any possibility that you actually have the camera set to shoot in RAW mode. The very odd symptom you report is that you can see only the shots taken in the simplified modes. If those modes, and only those modes, are automatically switching you to JPEG, and if you have no software installed that will recognize and display RAW images, then that could explain your symptom. And it's difficult to imagine what else could be causing it.

So if you believe the camera is set to JPEG, tell us where and how that setting is displayed on the camera. And tell us whether the files that should contain the missing images are there (i.e., on the card) or not. And if they are, do some or all of them have the file type ".CR2"?

Since you can see both the Landscape and Manual photos on the camera LCD and you feel they are properly exposed there is no reason they should both appear on the computer.

So, you need to give us as much specificity as possible about the computer setup. Windows or Mac. Which Windows 7, 8 or 10.

What software are you using to download the files from the camera via USB.

WHat software are you using to view the files.

For the "missing" images you can get the filename from the camera LCD. Try searching for that file name; from the example  use "-0032" and see if you can find them on computer.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate, i'm viewing my photos from the camera folder via Windows Explorer, I'm viewing the files using Windows Photo Viewer. Hope it helps
