Can't upload video from EOS Rebel T100 to phone

I have a eos rebel t100 and I can't upload videos but I can upload pictures to my phone, and fixxes?

I'm running on android the newest version I have a Samsung s23

Your EOS T100 camera records movies in the MOV format, this format cannot be uploaded to your phone using the Canon camera connect app.

How do I upload the video to my phone then

You will need a card reader to connect to your phone, then take the card from the camera and put it in the card reader. Apps exist on Android as standard to allow you to copy the files from the camera memory card to the phone.

Would it even be worth it is the video on the t100 better then my s23?
