I have a brand new EOS R6 V 7k Full Frame Mirrorless Camera that I’ve had about a month and was able to shoot no more than about 200 shots. It was working just fine, no damage, haven’t dropped it, still brand new. Now all of a sudden it has decided not to turn on. I’ve put fresh batteries in it (Canon), and even tried to reset by pulling out the battery, card, and lens. I’ve made sure all the compartments are closed and it still is not turning on. Am I doing something wrong? Is there another way to reset that I haven’t tried with this camera specifically? Anyone else having trouble? This camera is still new!

Greetings,
Things to check first:
Could it be a problem with your battery charger? Do you have a different power source, USB-C PD. You can use any power source that delivers at least 45w, 9 volts and 3 amps. Note: A battery must and be installed when you test.
If none of these things work, the camera should be sent to Canon for inspection/repair.
Start by registering your body in your MyCanon account. Then select service/repair from the navigation menu. The camera has a 1-year warranty.

First check return policy where you purchased. If you are outside that window follow Rick's advice.

Is there a reason why you aren't contacting Canon about this? Is it a gray-market camera without a warranty? Where did you buy it? Did the seller provide a warranty?

Presumably you’re using the battery that came with the camera when you bought it? Have you checked to ensure it’s the correct one (LP-E6P) for your camera as not all are fully compatible. The chart below is from your camera’s owners manual:
You can also try charging the battery whilst in the camera via a DC coupler (USB cable and charger) DR-E6P, which I believe is sold separately. Otherwise do as others have suggested and contact the store where you purchased it and / or Canon for warranty service.
