EF 400mm f/2.8L IS USM Repair

Canon (CPS) no longer supports or repairs the subject lens (as of 2017). I am having an issue with my IS on this lens but having a hard time finding a shop that can handle the repair, preferably in the Boston or New England area. Any suggestions?
