I am trying to scan pages to my laptop and receive the above error message. I can print to the printer a pixma mx452.

All of this should be a one-time installation on this specific computer. Just make sure to open up IJ Scan Utility anytime you need to scan a document or photo.

Thank you, the documents scanned. Do I need to run this each time I want to scan something?

I am also having problems. The unit is connected to my laptop and printing wirelessly with no problems. I cannot scan, however. It is telling me there is no connection.
I tried to find the IJ download, but cannot find it anywhere. Please help. Thanks (Windows 10)
