paper jam MP470

Error message: Paper output slot. Paper is jammed. There is no paper jammed. How do I remove the error message?

Hi Penny1015,

If the MP470 is giving a paper jam error and you have already checked inside the printer for any obstructions that would cause the error, there is likely an issue with the paper feed that would require service.  I would recommend using the Contact Us link  to get in touch with our support staff who can provide available service options.

The MP470 printer states there is jammed paper. There is no paper jam.

How do I override the error message? I have tried unplugging the printer with no success.

I know for a fact that there is no paper jam.
