no one can locate name of my Canon Printer

Serial  # ABYFXXXXX.  Does anyone know how to locate the model of canon printers?  I've tried several locations, with no helpful response so far.  Thanks.

Hi Beth,

I looked up the prefix of that serial number and your printer appears to be a PIXMA MP560. For future however, the serial number is located inside the printer, attached to the metal plate to the right of the print head holder. It starts with four letters and ends with five numbers.

We should also add that the model number on the PIXMA MP560 is located directly over the printer's LCD screen.  You can see it in the image below.  Glad we could help!
