Printer prints pink and black

Hi I have a Pixma G6020 printer. I have had it a year and I rarely use it. I was printing multiple pictures. About 25 or 30 pictures on regular paper. Everything was fine and then all of sudden it’s printing in pink and black. No blue no yellow. I cleaned it and did an alignment. Still pink and black. No error message. Ink is full. I don’t know what’s wrong.

When you print a nozzle check do you mean blue and yellow don't print?

I hadn’t done a nozzle check. I was in the middle of printing pictures and it stoped printing blue and greens. So I figured something is wrong with the blue and yellow ink. I just now did a nozzle check and blue didn’t come out. So I just did a deep cleaning and now the yellow isn’t showing. 🤦🏽‍♀️

I have the same issue. For me, pink wasn't printing well, so I did a deep cleaning and now neither pink nor blue prints at all. What needs to be done next? The Cannon support page says to wait 24 hours and try deep cleaning again. What is the next step after that?
