mx860 won't print, doesn't make noise like its trying to print, no error message

the mx860 has decided to stop printing about 3 days ago.  There are 7 documents in the print cue, I've tried to pause some or delete and reload some, doesn't help.  Wont print a test sheet either.  No noise is coming from printer like it does when its getting ready tp print.  The screen software will let me pause or return to printing from there but nothing comes out.  Theres no error messages coming up anywhere on printer or screen just keeps thinking.  But its been days and nothing is coming out.  Ink levels are all fine, paper level is fine.
