Are you referring to a letterhead that's being printed as part of your document, or are you using stationery with a preprinted letterhead on it? Also, please let us know which Canon printer model you're using, along with the apps you're printing from. Thanks for the information. We still need some more information. Is the company letterhead already part of the document you're copying, or is that letterhead showing up when you copy regular documents that aren't on the company letterhead?
