color cast on i9900

I am getting a bright green color cast on my i9900 photo printer, even with black and white images. Any ideas?

What software are you printing from. Can you post a screenshot of your printing settings?

Sorry to waste anyone's time.  We'd had two power outages back to back and my printer dialogue got reset (the wrong way).  Once I figured that out, I was able to correct the issue.
