code 1681 MX922 duplicate cartridges


I replaced printer head & got the same code. now I have B200 needs repair. Can anyone suggest another Canon printer that uses the same ink cartridges???? Best Buy wants $99/diagnostics, I have multiple boxes of ink for MX922

Those models listed above are correct.

*Note: The models  PIXMA MG5522, and PIXMA MG5622 may sometimes be listed as  PIXMA MG5520, and PIXMA MG5620. They are identical.


Also we found three more models that would use the same ink cartridges: 


-- PIXMA iP8720
-- PIXMA iX6820
-- PIXMA MG6420


Most of those listed in the previous post are currently no longer in production or available through Canon directly, but may still be available through third party retailers. We do still have the PIXMA MG3620 in stock as well as the PIXMA iP8720 and PIXMA iX6820. Those last two are listed under our "Photo Inkjet Printer" section. The PIXMA MG3620 is listed under our "All-in-One" printer section. 


Another option would be to try selling your supply online, if you decide to go with a different printer that uses a different ink cartridge.

Thanks for your help. Found a pixma mx922 on line. Finally got it printing but it seems slower than mine

The B200 error is an indication that your PIXMA MX922 would require service.  You are eligible for Canon's Upgrade Program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service, or for some reason are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This option allows you a one-time opportunity to purchase a replacement product, discounted from the list price.
