i recently got a Canon PIXMA TS9120 and i am trying to set it up but it keeps saying there is a support code 1405. How do i fix that?

"Recently" as in brand new or "new to you"?

Follow the recommended steps, disconnect reconnect power. Result?
If the printer is new it has a 1 yr warranty.
If the above doesn't help, and its within the return window, return or exchange it to the retailer.
If outside the return window but still under warranty, contact canon 1 (800) 652-2666.
If outside of the warranty period, remove the ink tanks and remove/reseat the print head. If none of the above helps, its time for a new printer. The cost of shipping and repair is likely prohibative in comparison to replacement.
