trying to set up printer no matter what button I push it just goes from E O 3 ?

I have the TS3320 iOS operating system been doing this since I purchased back in 20202 i have not gotten much use out of it. Just moved and thought I would give it another try. 🙁

Hi Sambeano, We're sorry to hear about this, so that we can help you better, what is the exact iOS version you are running? Are you going to use wireless or USB to connect your printer to the computer? Also, are you getting any sort of message during the installation of the printer to your computer or an error message while printing?

I have Ventura 13.5.2 Wireless error message on the printer when trying to start the installation.
Nothing on my computer

Hi,
E03 occurs when there is either a paper jam or the front cover of the printer is open. If there was no paper jam, then open and close the front cover of the printer making sure it clicks into place.
Then, I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer.
If the issue persists, the printer would require service. If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.
