trying to set up printer no matter what button I push it just goes from E O 3 ?

I have Ventura 13.5.2 Wireless error message on the printer when trying to start the installation. Nothing on my computer

I have the TS3320 iOS operating system been doing this since I purchased back in 20202 i have not gotten much use out of it. Just moved and thought I would give it another try.
