problem with PDF canon doesnt recognise my installed printer on windows 7

PDF files do not recognise my installed Canon printer on Windows 7.  However the uninstalle printer is recognised.

After installing Windows 10, Canon PIXMA MG 6320 does not print - it says printer offline.

Canon iP2700 won't print

I'm not sure what's going on but my printer will not print any documents. It will print test pages though. I just hooked it up to my MacBook and downloaded/installed the drivers. Not sure what else to do.
