pixma 4000 printer - yellow wont print even after cleaning noozles and deep cleaning.

all of a sudden my pixma 4000 printer will not print yellow color. I did a deep cleaning, noozle cleaning and changed the ink but to no avail. Do I have any other options or is  my printer toast.
