When printing the black ink is not printing but the color inks are.

All ink color tanks, including black are half full but the black will not print. The print setting is on "black/color.

Hello!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know exactly what model printer you're using (it's usually on the top or front of the unit), any error messages you're seeing, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows Vista/7/8/10 or macOS 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or WiFi).

I failed to put the kind of printer I am using. I have printed on it daily for well over a year with no print issues like this one until a few days ago.  I hope someone can tell me how to fix this issue.
