A waste ink absorber is a strip of spongelike material deep within the printer that wipes away excess ink from the printhead, once the printead has passed beyond the edge of the paper or print. If you receive an error that indicates you have a full waste ink absorber, you will need to speak to technical support directly for further instruction.
