I have a Pro-10 printer that’s giving me a flashing amber error light. It flashes 17 times. Claude AI says that indicates that that signifies a waste ink absorber issue. Has anyone else dealt with this issue and how did you overcome it. I live in the Orlando, FL area and have tried to find repair places but to no avail. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You

Hi Tagrimmer,
If the power light is steady and the error light is blinking 17 times, that is an indication that one of the ink tanks is empty.
