Sounds like an easy question I know, BUT I see PG-275/276, PG 245/246, and PG-243/??? all mentioned when I google it. When I looked up information here I see an article saying PG-275/276 is back ordered and that someone tried PG-245 and it didn't fit.
I have had several other Canon Pixma printers in the past and always been happy and there was always one family of cartridges for them. So what gives? Will I be on a wild goose chase looking for the cartridges for this printer?

This is a 3-year-old topic and your post is remarkably similar to one made previously.
If your cartridge is OEM Canon brand you should contact support. The telephone number is 1-800-652-2666.
