I need to return, under warranty, my Pixma G2260 Mega Tank printer. I have received the new printer and was instructed to use the box and packing materials the replacement came in to return my old printer. However, I'm not sure about how to pack the old printer as it is FULL of ink and I know that FEDEX will not keep it upright. What do I do about all the ink in the printer? Do I just put the old printer in a trash bag, seal it as best I can, and hope that it contains the ink when it spills out during handling? It's a lot of ink as all the tanks are still almost full.
