Hi,
Are you scanning from IJ Scan Utility when the error appears?

I open the Cannon folder and select "scan and print option". Then the error appears

But this IJ Scan Utility is not compatible with Photoshop (as new photoshop versions do not support TWAIN - because twain plugin doesn't exist in 64bit variant, and newer photoshop versions only have 64bit variant). This is a workaround because your driver is not WIA compatible!
