Just changed ink cartriges. we have reloaded, unplugged, reseated with "ink cartridge cannot be recognized" reappearing on the LCD after multiple attempts .They are aligned properly, and just purchased.
This could be referring to the opposite ink tank rather than the one you just replaced. There should be a light for both the color and black ink tank, are either of these lights currently flashing, steady or off? What are the labels on the inks?
