Hi larryc!

So that the Community can help you better, we will need to know about any error messages you're seeing, and the Computer Operating System you're using (Windows XP/Vista/7/8 or Mac 10.x), as well as the way you connect to your device (USB or networked via WiFi or Ethernet).

Any other details you'd like to give will only help the Community better understand your issue!

Thanks and have a great day!

i am using windows 7 connected thru a lan.  if i connect thru usb, the drivers load ok and the printer works as it should.  if i try to print thru the wireless network i get one printout after a reboot, but the job stays in the queue even after completion.  even if i cancel the job, the next print command gives me the 'printer not responding' error message.  this problem just showed up this morning.  the printer had been working fine untile then.

Hi larryc,

From the symptoms you describe, it could be an issue with your antivirus or security software.  If you are running any security software, try disabling it and attempting a test print again.   If this works, then the software may be blocking the communication ports to the printer.  We can give you a list of exceptions to add to the software to allow you to use the printer and the security software simultaneously.

I recommend contacting us for additional information and support with this issue.
