TS9521C not printing after cleaning

My TS9521C printer is not printing correctly. I have done the maintenance as suggested and still cannot get a normal test page to print. It appears to be only the black that isn’t working. I put a new cartridge in even tho it wasn’t empty. What do I try now?  Here is a copy of my test page.

I have only used my printer 6 times. It is out of warranty and this being the second Canon printer I have purchased that has trashed way too soon, I certainly won’t be putting anymore of my money into any Canon product. Imagine spending $250 for 6 printed sheets of paper.  That is $42.66 per printed page. What a waste of money. Canon should feel ashamed of their lousy products and customer service.

Hi,

Since the cleanings and a new cartridge did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

If the printer is out of warranty, you would qualify for the Canon Upgrade program. This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system. This program allows you the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price. Free ground shipping is included with your purchase.

If you would like to take advantage of this offer, please call our Sales Department at (866) 443-8002 Mon-Sat, 9 AM to 9pm EST excluding holidays.
