Different issue than I have seen elsewhere. Prints test page and all colours/black when performing ink and head tests but prints blank pages for all print jobs (any program). Tried unplugging for 60 sec. Did multiple deep cleanings, replaced ink cartridges that were somewhat low. Confirmed firmware is updated. Has worked perfectly for years and suddenly stopped working, hadn't changed anything that I know of.
Hoping someone has some ideas.

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.

Thanks Arthur. It doesn't seem like it needs to be replaced. I have done further testing and adjusting and now all colours work except black. Has anyone else encountered this?
