TS8370A print out empty on one sided, but able to print out in double sided?

My TS8370A is printing out empty page on one sided jobs. But when i set the job to double-sided page, it is then able to print out both pages. 

I have tried to reset the printer but the problem still exist. Previously there was no such issue. 

How do I resolve this problem?
