TS8200 not printing PGBK

This is a problem that popped up suddenly. Color prints are faded and black and white documents (eg. b&w text) prints blank pages. I’ve read most of the forum, ran several deep cleanings (and used a workaround), and I have determined that the PGBK cartridge is the reason behind the print issue. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this for the TS8220 model? Thanks in advance.

Since the cleanings and deep cleanings did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
