I inserted new cyan, yellow, and magenta ink cartridges in my Canon Pixma TS9020. They are the correct cartridges and the same as used before. After doing so my printer is now only printing magenta and PGBK black. Last time it was used with the old cartridges it worked with no issues. I cleaned and deep cleaned the nozzles and tried a realignment and nothing has helped. Does anyone know how to fix this?
thanks!

If multiple deep cleanings don't resolve the problem you have nothing to lose by trying some of the head cleaning methods on YouTube. If that doesn't work you likely need a new printhead or the printer has experienced an electrical failure.
