My new TS7330 prints fine but when I try to open the scanner, I get the message "Failed to open a connection to the device (-21355)". I have done the normal things about deleting and adding the printer a couple of times; restarting my MAC (OS 10.15.1); and deleting from my wifi network and adding back in; downloading the latest drivers etc. I am out of ideas.

The PIXUS TS7330 is an Asian-released model, and there is no current equivalent for sale through Canon U.S.A. In the case that updated drivers and software are required for OS 10.15, or you need to call support for it, refer to the Canon branch in the region from which the printer was initially purchased.
