Hi, I ran out of ink and replaced it. I also just got this ink. My black ink was working fine, but now that I have replaced my color ink I am now having issues. I have tried aligning my printer heads, didn't work, I've tried cleaning and deep cleaning the nozzles, still the same. I have even tried cleaning the rear and cassette and it is still nothing. I don't know what to do anymore, and I've tried manually changing the alignment on my computer and it wont bring up the pop up to change the alignment.

This issue with your PIXMA TS6420 can be caused by a smudge on the encoder/timing strip.
Please follow the steps in this Knowledgebase Article to clean the encoder/timing strip:
