TS 9120 - Orange Color Cast on Prints

Photo prints have an orange color cast.How can I fix this?  Canon ink and No empty cartridges

1. have you run a nozzle check?

2. What software are you printing from?

I checked the nozzles, then did a clean.  Photos still print with orange cast using "Print Shop" and Lightroom. Any other suggestions?

Can you post a screen shot of the print and post a copy of the actual file to Dropbox or One Drive?
