My Canon mg5420 is refusing to print on 8x10 photo paper. It only grabs the paper a little bit and then continues printing on nothing until it gives me a paper jam error. It has no problem printing on letter size paper of the same weight. The 8x10 photo paper is Canon brand.
Yes I know my printer is old, but I can't afford a new one. It's still a PIXMA - it should still be able to print on other sizes besides letter. The paper is being fed to the lower tray. This printer does not have a top or rear loader. Why does this paper and only this paper continue to jam?
