TR8620 only printing with green and yellow?

Hi all, 

My printer started to only print in green and yellow hues out of the blue. I've done the nozzle check, and the M hues are printing blank (I'm assuming that is magenta and pinks). I have done the cleaning 3x and the deep cleaning 1x and still no luck. Any other things I can try? I feel like I'm going through so much ink doing the cleanings, ugh.

Since the cleanings did not resolve the issue, the printer would require service. 

If the printer is in it's 1 year warranty, I recommend reaching out to Canon support for your warranty options. You will need to register your Canon gear HERE to access additional support options.
