Hello,
I bought a new Cannon G3625 the other week. Plugged it in and installed it and everything worked fine.
Since then it has been on standby until tonight when I went to print something. The orange power light was on but it didn't wake up and print. I unplugged the power cord and waited 5 minutes and also pressed in the power button to discharge any remaining power whilst I was waiting. Now it won't turn on at all, with no indication that it has any power going to it.
Please Help
