TR8520 spotty printing from the web

My Pixma TR8520 prints fine from Microsoft Office, or anything I save as a PDF.  However if I go to print directly from the web the ink is so spotty you can not read what was printed.  This just started a few weeks ago.  Any help would be most apreciated

Hi,

Depending on your operating system, you may need to remove/reinstall the printer driver. What version of Windows or MacOS are you running?
